Turn right and just before you reach the metal entry gates into Glenwood Acres subdivision, turn left into Beaver Bend subdivision. Lots are on both sides of the road.

* All lots are to be used for single-family residence only. (no businesses)
* All dwellings shall be set on a concrete foundation.
* Accessory structures cannot be placed nearer than twenty-five feet from the side line or one hundred fifty feet from the front line of the lot.
* All lots must have grass or other ground cover planted and maintained by regular mowing or care.
* No unregistered vehicles, rubbish or other junk can be stored on the property.
* Vehicles in excess of one ton cannot be parked or stored on or in front of any lot.
* No sheep, goats, chickens, hogs or swine shall be raised, kept or bred on any lot.
* No more than one large animal per acre.
* No "For Sale" signs permitted on any empty lot.
