Each homeowner is responsible for installing an individual aerobic septic sytem as approved by Harrison County.

From Loop 281 in Longview, go North 1/2 mile on Alpine/FM 2208, stay on FM 2879 to Hwy 154. Turn right on Hwy 154 to Harleton. Turn left on FM 450, go 1 mile to "KNOX CROSSING".

Lots front FM 450 and PR 4618. (Signs are posted on Hwy 154 & FM 450.) A lot number sign at each lot corner will identify where each tract begins and ends.

This is a summary of the restrictions binding upon Knox Crossing Subdivision.

As a summary this document includes only selected information not the full text. Complete text of the restrictions may be obtained from Harrison County Clerk's office or the Developer.

* All lots shall be used for single family residential purposes only (no businesses).
* All homes shall have a pitched roof of composition shingle.
* Homes must be at least 1600 square foot of heated and cooled living area.
* Homes have to consist of masonry exterior with waiver possible only by Developer.
* Homes shall have a garage or carport for two or more vehicles.
* No mobile homes, modular or manufactured homes.
* No accessory structures may be nearer than 25' from the side line of lot and never situated closer to the road than the home.
* No accessory structure shall exceed 1500 square feet.
* No unregistered vehicles, accessories, parts or objects used with cars, boats, trucks, trailer or etc. shall be kept on a lot other than in an approved accessory structure.
* Privacy fencing is limited to 6' height and only allowed to rear and sides of dwelling.
* Vehicles in excess of one ton cannot be parked on any lot or common area within the subdivision.
* Animals may be kept with some limitations as to commercial purposes and number of animal units.
* Lots may not be re-subdivided without prior written consent and approval by Developer.
* All lots must be maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.
* All Phase 2 lots and Lot 3 in Phase 1 are covered by a Homeowners' Association.
