* Site built dwellings of single-family, duplex, triplex or quadplex design.
* Single-family dwelling of not less than 1400 sf living area. Multi-family dwelling not less than 1000 sf living area per family unit.
* Driveway surface must be asphalt or concrete with a minimum width of 12 feet.
* Two accessory structures allowed, one not to exceed 300 sf and one not to exceed 1200 sf.
* Individual county-approved septic systems required.
* Boats, trailers, campers, RVs may be kept in privacy-fenced back yard or inside accessory structure.
* Vehicles in excess of 1 ton cannot be parked in front on street, on side or front of any lot.
* Domestic animals such as dogs and cats are allowed. Dogs must be confined to owner's lot.
* Lots may not be re-subdivided without prior written consent and approval by Developer.
* All lots must be maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.
* All grass or pastures must be mowed at least by May 15, July 15, and by October 15 annually.
