Home Description:

Main house:
The GCAD records show the house to be 3222 sf, but with enclosed porches and finished-out attic, the square footage may be larger. Buyer should confirm size for themselves.
4/3/3 house was built in 1933 (or 1936), and was updated and enlarged in 1984.
House is mostly pier-and-beam with some concrete floor area.
The house has been preserved in its original 1930s style, a step back in time, but includes all modern conveniences such as central heat/cool, and wiring for cable/satellite and internet.
Almost all woodwork, door hardware, hardwood flooring (refinished in 2015), and wooden slat blinds are original. Many light fixtures are also original (such as the matching living room and dining room chandeliers) or replicas of the original.

The original screened-in front porch with its three French doors and parquet floors has been enclosed and included in the main house as a foyer or sitting room.
The second front porch with brick floor was also enclosed and serves as the entrance sunroom.
