Description:

The land climbs steadily from the road frontage to the 600 feet crest of McDonald Mountain, then slopes down to some great grazing land. Awesome long views from the high points!
Some native gravel has been removed from a pit on the property; good for maintaining the interior roads.
Stands of timber are scattered throughout the property, mostly medium-size, mix of hardwoods and pine, part of Wildlife Reforestation Program.
