Front (south) of tract is mostly level to gently sloping; north part of tract is more rolling and sloping, pretty terrain.
Approximately 1/3 cleared fields/pasture and 2/3 native woods mix with oak, pine, hickory, white oak, redbuds, muscadine grapes and more.
